Terms of Service
Effective April 17, 2026
By using Peloton Manager ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the Service. These Terms are between you and Peloton Manager ("we", "us").
1. What the Service does
Peloton Manager helps cycling clubs organize riders into pelotons, manage roles, and assign riders to events, using data you authorize us to read from your Strava account. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
- You're responsible for the Strava account you connect. Keep its credentials secure.
- One natural person per account. No sharing accounts with teammates.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data that isn't yours to read.
- Attempt to bypass the club/role authorization model.
- Interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or circumvent rate limits.
- Upload malware, use the Service for harassment, or impersonate someone else.
- Use the Service to breach Strava's API Agreement or any law.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to activity data you authorize us to read. You grant us a limited license to process it strictly to operate the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. Ride data displayed to other riders in your club does not give them a license to republish it outside the Service.
5. Clubs and roles
Club administrators can invite members, set roles (admin / manager / rider), rotate invite links, and remove members. An administrator's actions bind the club. Removing yourself from a club deletes your membership row; historical assignments remain for the club's record unless the admin requests deletion.
6. Strava Brand compliance
The Service uses Strava names, logos, and the "Connect with Strava" button under the Strava Brand Guidelines. We do not claim endorsement by or affiliation with Strava beyond the integration we disclose on each screen.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time; disconnecting Strava (from Strava's settings) effectively terminates the integration. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice when practical.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
9. Changes
We'll post material changes to these Terms in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer-protection law gives you rights in your home jurisdiction.
